The PREM Fellowship is a one-year immersive program designed to nurture the next generation of development leaders. Fellows are placed directly within our grassroots projects, gaining invaluable hands-on experience and contributing to real-world change.

Receive guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals and leaders at PREM throughout your fellowship journey.
Who Can Apply?
We invite applications from passionate and dedicated young individuals with a Master's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Rural Development, or related fields. Freshers are welcome, but a commitment to serve in remote rural areas is essential.
